As a first-generation Colorado Real Estate Agent in his family, Carlos Cromwell started his career by working on startup company, Wellslaw Lending, LLC in 2002. Mr. Cromwell was focused on making sure he could provide mortgages throughout the Denver Metro areas. A few years later in 2013, after being a broker associate for four years, Carlos started his independent firm, Wellslaw Realty, upon completing his Real Estate License with Armbrust Real Estate Institution.
His business is based on “Building A Bridge to Real Estate”; whether from renting to owning, owning to investing and investing to commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Cromwell prides himself on making sure every client understands that they count and works above and beyond to make sure each individual is comfortable with the Real Estate process.
Outside of the Real Estate business, Mr. Cromwell attends to his family. Mr. Cromwell also spends time focusing on coaching football and mentoring young men.
When Mr. Cromwell is not enjoying past time with his family, he is working to improve his business, which he expanded to Jonesboro, Georgia and has been running since 2015.
